Cocozia 100% Organic Coconut Water

Cocozia 100% Organic Coconut Water

Growing up in a tropical country like the Philippines, I had access to coconuts because we had coconut trees growing outside our home. In addition, it was so easy to find street vendors selling them. They use machetes to cut open the coconuts in front of you. That’s my experience with coconut water and coconut juice.

What is coconut water anyway? Simply put, coconut water is the liquid that comes from the center of young, green coconuts.

If you’re curious about coconut water and don’t have coconut trees in your backyard, then your best bet is to buy coconut water in tetra paks. COCOZIA 100% Organic Coconut Water is one such brand in the market today.

Cocozia
It’s a nutritious, low-calorie drink that will keep you hydrated. The drink is USDA Organic Certified, Natural Coconut Water, NON GMO Verified, Gluten Free, Vegan and Kosher. Check out the ingredients below.

Three words: “Organic Coconut Water“. That’s all. No weird-sounding, hard-to-pronounce ingredients. It is what it is. The container also says “Coconut with a Straw” but the 12-pack we received had no straws, not a single one. Go figure.

I’m thinking of using it in a smoothie. Thankfully, their website has recipes for smoothies, desserts and cocktails!

I haven’t drank coconut water in years. I know there are plenty of medical claims attesting to coconut water’s health benefits, but this blog post isn’t about that. Whether or not you believe the medical claims, all I know about coconut water is it’s refreshing. It’s a darn good drink, especially during warm and hot weather.

If you’d like to give it a try, you can buy it from Amazon: COCOZIA 100% Organic Coconut Water, No Pulp, No Added Sugar, No Preservatives, Not From Concentrate. 16.9 Ounce (Pack of 12)
