While surfing Netflix tonight, “Hungry for Change” caught my eye. Never heard of it, or read anything about it.

The shocking secret isn’t really so shocking – too much sugar, too many processed foods, too many darn chemicals in everything, etc. We all know that. It’s really a matter of getting people to take charge of their eating habits.
Since we’re currently testing the DASH Diet, watching this documentary seems fitting. I admit, I do have issues with some suggestions with the DASH diet, but before I give my reviews on that, it’s best to try it first, right?
Anyway, if and when you have the time, watch the documentary.
