New year, same resolutions – eat healthy, sleep earlier, exercise more.

Might try the DASH diet this year. Ordered The Dash Diet Weight Loss Solution: 2 Weeks to Drop Pounds, Boost Metabolism, and Get Healthy (A DASH Diet Book) from Amazon just minutes ago. It’s supposed to be a good approach, so we’ll see how it goes. I already know my downfall – nighttime snacking in front of the TV. Show me a bag of Chippy and I wouldn’t be able to resist. It’s my kryptonite – I go all weak.

Anyway, here’s to a great 2013 for all of us!
