Tools of the Trade: Nordic Ware Cookie Dropper

One of my best buys since I started my baking experiments has been my Nordic Ware Cookie Dropper-Silver. Admittedly, it’s supposed to be used for cookies but I’ve used it when baking cupcakes too. Maybe it’s just me but putting the cupcake batter in the cupcake liners and making sure the liners are 2/3 full is challenging.

I used it when I baked Chocolate Chip Cookies. I probably should have used it when I made the Cream Drop Biscuits. It’s an excellent kitchen tool, a purchase I don’t regret making.
