Yummy Experiment #45: Decadent Chocolate Soufflé

Yummy Experiment #45: Decadent Chocolate Soufflé

I’ve never made soufflé in my entire life. I’ve eaten many a soufflé in my time, but making them…nuh uh. Until tonight, of course.

I’ve got to thank Rosa of Lady Diana’s Pearls for this experiment. I met her during the first blogger meet-up I went to last year. When she posted her recipe for Decadent Chocolate Soufflé, I was curious. No…let me correct that…I was fascinated. Enchanted even. I kept looking and looking at her post. Her recipe seemed so easy. The pictures were so pretty to look at.

Now here’s a picture of my soufflé!

She described it as decadent and I truly agree. Good God, this soufflé was so rich and chocolaty. Topped with confectioner’s sugar and raspberries coupled with that delicious molten center, it was surprisingly easy to make. If you’re pressed for time but you want to make a dessert that looks impressive, this should be your go-to recipe. It’s surely my go-to recipe now!

Thanks again for sharing this recipe, Rosa!
